Rainbow Snake!
I had heard that some of my favorite colored pencils (polychromos) didn't fare well on toned paper, but they seem to have worked just fine for me! Though, admittedly, ever so slightly not as well as some other brands. SLIGHTLY.
Also has some white gel pen.
